Making people feel special, important, rather than bad or degrading them because in reality we want to feel more important, is how we can truly see just how evolved we are. We are each others' mirror. How we treat others, beyond those we are close to or we want or need something from, the stranger to the street person, is a reflection of who and what we really are more so than they are. How do you treat your waitress or waiter when you eat out? Are you a pleasure to “be” served? Everyone we meet is our mirror. Why do people like mirrors in carnivals that make them look thin? Whatsoever makes or allows people to feel or be better, as they are, is divine. In the hands of the wise, in the face of Love or God, everyone is beautiful.
If you would be God-like, make or allow others to feel special and important. It is simple arithmetic, you plus or times the person or situation equals the outcome. We are not on this planet to find love, but “TO BE LOVE”! We must become what we wish to attract! Hafiz says it well, “Forget everything and anything anybody says or does. All they are saying with everything they say and do is LOVE ME!" By the way, this is true for you too!
