You’ve heard the term “Dancing Machine”, now you can really be exactly that. You can have a beautifully sculpted, proportioned symmetrical shape that will move in ways you never dreamed you could. Your legs and hips, without becoming overly muscular, will have the ability to lift and move you effortlessly and fluidly. Your hips, torso, abs and back, will be defined and allow you snake-like, effortless, smoothness and fluidity.

I guarantee you immediate improvement in strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, endurance and rhythm. No more worrying if you can do or make it through a performance, the day or the night. You will increase energy, perseverance, persistence, spirit, heart, soul as well as the the clarity and peace of mind to stay focused on fulfilling your dreams. More than “the Core”!
Go much deeper with precise accurate strengthening, stretching and isolating of the pelvic region (hips, glutes, inner/outer thigh esp. lower abs/abs/back and spine) as well as obviously your legs. You will know immediately where and why you are working. You have fun training for the purpose of performing movements. Where we differ is that we tie it all together in cardio dance movement. Healing, pain and stress relief and injury prevention are just a natural part of the process for us. Pilates and Yoga, although great practices and their integrity and results are unquestionable, they are not so much developmental and movement oriented as they are theraputic.

Yoga and Pilates instructors often come to my class and find they can improve their practice. Often, the 40 or 50 year old students of my classes are able to perform moves easier than the 20 and 30 year old Yoga and Pilates instructors. Many people, including instructors say they stretch and strengthen muscles they didn’t know they had. This is because it is a movement class, (though we do slow mo. and static positions), whereas Pilates and Yoga are mostly static. Because they didn’t know they had the muscles doesn’t mean they don’t need them especially if they are going to move. My classes, though meditative, greatly improve and increase aerobic, endurance and fat burning capacity.

I remember a quote, “The Lotus grows out of the mud not out of the mat!” To be a dancer, an athlete or just a real person you’ve got to be willing to get your uniform a little dirty. If your uniform isn’t dirty, it usually means you may not have tried hard enough.

I am a dancer, athlete, martial artist, boxer and trainer with over 30 years experience. I have lived and worked with martial artists, performers and dancers in China and Japan and with dancers and models in America. My job was then as it is now “Performance Preparation” for stage, show and life.

I am a Meta-Physical Fitness, fine muscle movement and isolation specialist. I employ science and spirituality simultaneously. This allows me to see what moves you are doing and “know” which muscles need to be stretched and strengthened to perform those movements or create the body proportion and symmetry you need to look how you need to look. I inspire and guide you mentally and emotionally to a new and more productive way of being. "Action follows being and you become what you practice most." There is no greater performance to prepare for than life itself. Is not Life but a Stage?
