There are "no" weight loss solutions!

There are no and can never be any solutions to weight loss because the weight is not and has never been the problem. All talk about weight loss is heavy lies. The weight, the fat, is a symptom of the, or the, problem(s). It is the result of a problem and that problem is not so much what you eat but, “why” you eat. Most people are feeding a hungry heart. Most of the time people eat out of boredom or anxiousness. Most of the time people don’t know why or what they are eating.

Watching what you eat is not even the solution.
"You have got to watch who’s watching what you eat."

Losing weight is like cutting off a weed above ground.
It is a fix. It is temporary.

If people lose weight without gaining self-awareness it is useless. Let me say it another way, "Losing weight is not as important as gaining self!"
All it will do is feed the meat market and I will not feed the meat market!

Besides, say you lose weight, what did you lose? Remember muscle weighs more than fat. If you lose muscle you lower your metabolism and lose your way to lose the weight in “body fat”.
Forget about the scale. Scales are for fish!

Fixing the body is easy. Losing the body “fat” is easy. It’s the human variable that is difficult to get by sometimes. It is difficult to be human. In truth, it is too hard to get a human being to start helping themselves and to easy for them to stop.

The first thing to do is to "throw out your scale"! Stay off the scale! Scales are for fish! They can "not" tell what it is that you are losing, fat or muscle. Most weight loss fad diets cause you to lose "water weight"not so much body fat. If you are losing water and/or muscle and it will also show on the scale. Muscle weighs more than fat. Muscle is also what you need to burn the fat. No creams, no pills, no nothing will help you trim down as fast as having a good metabolism which is mainly due to having enough muscle mass. You don't have to build an overly muscular figure or physique. A dancer, gymnast or athletic build is more than enough. Start from where you are being happy with who you are. You are just fine. In fact you are just great. You are doing the best you could do for what you knew to do. The question is, "What are you going to do "NOW"?

Look at Oprah, an absolutely wonderful and beautiful woman who struggles with her weight constantly. Oprah’s trainer who seems like a nice enough guy and a good “conventional trainer” has still not realized that the problem is not her food. Oprah’s real weight is on her shoulders. She carries the hopes of millions of viewers everyday who hope she puts a solution to their problem on her show that afternoon. Stress, that is where the real problem is.

America is into intervention rather than prevention and relief rather than cure. It fixes the symptoms, it intervenes. Intervention will always cost more than prevention in time, money and energy. As Chris Rock says, “There’s no money in the cure. The money is in the comeback. Last time I checked, it takes time and energy to make money.
