DEEP FEELINGS






It takes Deep Muscles to make Deep Moves to create Deep Feelings.
The sensual movements that hypnotize, tantalize and move you and your lover are no accident. A great lover like a great dancer moves deliberately, passionately. The muscles that allow these movements must be trained the same way.

So what are those muscles, where are they located and what do they do? Like most good things they are buried beneath the surface. People tend to work on the muscles that improve their appearance not performance. They sweeten the frosting but the cake beneath remains bitter. So I teach how to make the cake, the frosting, the whole person and the whole experience sweeter. This is the basis for all my teachings, completeness, integrity and congruence. They are not meant for shallow people to see or understand. This is why Jesus spoke in parables. The muscles and the moves I am talking about will make your Kingdom Come for sure, and often, as well as your lover’s. These, among others, are the results you can expect at home from the movements practiced in class.

If people do not wish to go deeper it is better for them to attend the myriad of superficial classes for the masses. Sexuality is to be taken seriously. It's higher rewards are for those who are willing to go deeper.

HIP CHASSIS
Your hip chassis is really no different from that of a car. The better your steering, the better your chances of driving each other wild. Now is when you choose to remain basic transportation or become a Ferrari, a Porsche, a Vette. You can choose to become a luxury lover like a Benz, a Jag or a BMW. It's time to upgrade your chassis, to upgrade the handling of your hips. Anybody who knows anything about love making, at all knows it is all about precision. Excuse the expression but it is like, not scratching but massaging an internal itch.
Up, down, left, right, right there, AAAAH!


And anybody who has ever scratched or had an itch scratched knows that the itch is usually in a very precise, acute yet highly sensitive area. Wink, Wink! In the movie “On Any Given Sunday”, a football flick, Al Pacino says, “Football is a game of inches.” I tell you now; making love is a game of “inch”! To a woman, that inch feels like the miracle mile!

It's not all about precision though. It is also about passion, rhythm, texture and tempo. It is about soul, heart, spirit, mind and last but not least body.


LOWER ABS
The lower abdominals allow you to forward rock, an upward lifting of your pelvic region.
For the woman this provides better access to her happy spot, wink, wink!
For the man, the pelvic rock will help him rub her the right way!

The lower abdominals are the muscles responsible for the “Motion of the Ocean.” If you get these muscles to work the way they are supposed to you could be in for some flash floods, rip tides, undulating undercurrents, wonderful whirlpools, and sensual tsunamis. Do keep a towel handy!

The obliques and deep transverse abdominals allow better handling and maneuverability. They allow for angle adjustment and repositioning for those “tough to reach places” and tough to hold positions.

GLUTES & LEGS
The muscles of the glutes and legs provide lift, tilt and the pelvic power to move in and hold the strong deeper maneuverings. The inner and outer thighs, and especially the rear and side legs are an intricate part of the intimate lateral movements.

BACK & SPINE
The back and spine are necessary, not only for moving the body better but moving energy better through the body. It is the highway to health. If no energy is moved through you and your beloved a great opportunity has been lost. This holds true for increasing your longevity and the longevity of the relationship.

To safely facilitate your transformation, we use ultra deep hip, abdominal and spine opening stretches, strengtheners and stabilizers in a non-threatening, non-competitive, non-judgmental environment.
The stretching and strengthening of these areas can relieve if not eliminate back and pelvic pain.


We simplify movements of Tango, Mambo, Arabic, African Dance and Martial Arts to make it easy for you to improve the way you move.

This is, simply put ,a great, non impact cardio, deep strength building, body sculpting class that even Dancers, Yoga/Pilates and other instructors say works like no other they have experienced.
